RETURN OF GOODS

Global Gizmos are dedicated to ensuring all our customers are totally satisfied with any product bought from us. Should you decide that you would like to return an item please read the following instructions.

All returned goods must be sent back with a RMA number.

We endeavour to answer all email queries within 1 working day.

To obtain the RMA number please email Global Gizmos via returns@globalgizmos.co.uk or on 0844 884 5199 with a full description of the reason for the return , whether it is faulty or an unwanted item.

In order for Global Gizmos to complete the return process as quickly as possible please state if you require a replacement product , (like for like) or a full refund. Our returns department will then send via your email or telephone call the RMA number.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

By law, you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery. You will receive a full refund (less delivery charges if applicable) within 30 days of cancellation.

Global Gizmos can arrange for a product purchased to be refunded should you decide not to buy after paying for it. However should the item purchased be sent out to the customer before you decide to cancel, in that instance we will charge for the costs of delivery from any refund given for the cancellation.

Therefore please ensure that if you decide to cancel , that it is done in a prompt manner, we recommend that the customer calls within 24 hours of purchase.

FOR UNWANTED – NON FAULTY PRODUCTS

Please contact us at returns@globalgizmos.co.uk or on 0844 884 5199 if you wish to speak to one of our sales team members, within 7 days of receipt of goods. Once the email or telephone call is received, Global Gizmos will issue a RMA number to the customer. Products must be returned for the attention of the Returns Department Only with the despatch note and the RMA number enclosed. All goods must be unused, and returned as purchased, ie in a brand new condition, complete with all manufacturers packaging and all components.

If the product purchased from Global Gizmos is or contains sealed software however, breaking the seal on this software and/or registration is deemed to be acceptance of the product, as refunds cannot be issued on opened/used/registered software. We will make any refunds payable, directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order, once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in an acceptable condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any product to Global Gizmos for Unwanted Non Faulty purchases.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Products will be packed well to ensure they arrive in good condition. Any product that arrives damaged will be replaced free of charge. Please report any damage to goods on arrival within 48 hours of receiving it via returns@globalgizmos.co.uk or on 0844 884 5199. Global Gizmos will issue a RMA number to be used for the return of the damaged product.

Please include the despatch note and RMA number when returning the damaged product to Global Gizmos. In the event of a product that is faulty please email returns@globalgizmos.co.uk or on 0844 884 5199 with a full description of the fault. Global Gizmos will issue a RMA number to be used for the return of the faulty product.Once a product is found to be faulty on inspection, Global Gizmos will either replace the faulty product (like for like) free of charge or will give the customer a full refund.

Return postage (from the customer to us) will not be refunded in the event of a damaged or faulty item being returned. If after testing a returned faulty product, it proves to function within the manufacturers instructions included with the product, we regret that we will not be able to provide you with a replacement/full refund. In this instance we will return the original product to the customer (in this case the customer is liable for all postage costs incurred during the returns process).

PRODUCTS SHIPPED IN ERROR

In the unlikely event of you being shipped an incorrect product from that originally ordered, Global Gizmos will ensure prompt attention in sending out a correct product. Please contact us at sales@globalgizmos.co.uk or on within 7 working days of receipt of the product. Global Gizmos will issue the customer with a RMA number for returning the incorrect product.

Please include the despatch note and RMA number with the returned item for the attention of the Returns Dept only. In these circumstances we will also refund the customer the cost of returning the incorrect product to Global Gizmos. Therefore please include any receipt of postage cost with the incorrect product returned. Occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service (Large Items only). In this case we will agree a suitable collection time with the customer and arrange for Lynx carrier service to call and pick up the product.

GENERAL RETURNS INFORMATION

All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as on the original order. Payment made on a credit/debit card will be refunded to the card used on the original order.

Refunds usually reach your credit/charge card account within 4/5 working days of it being processed and Global Gizmos will attempt to process any refund as soon as the product is received by the returns department. We do however reserve the right to provide refunds within 14 days of return. We may also advise you how to send the item back to us.

Occasionally items may have to be picked up by our Lynx courier service (Large Items Only). Otherwise, please ensure that a secure delivery method is used which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail Special Delivery for example) The customer will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us. This includes all aspect of the delivery process and any tracking required.
