1. General
All contractual relationships between users of this site (hereinafter referred to as ‘the customer’), and the site owner, Global Gizmos Limited and it’s trading name of globalgizmos.co.uk (both hereinafter referred to as GGL) are subject to the following terms and conditions. These shall form part of any contract between the customer and GGL. GGL reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this text page; and the customer is bound by any such modifications or revisions. Completion of an order request and payment are deemed conclusive evidence that the customer agrees to be bound by these terms. This does not affect the customer’s Statutory Rights as a consumer.
2. The Contract
The contract between GGL and the customer comes into existence when GGL accepts the customer’s order i.e. when payment has been received. GGL is entitled to reverse or withdraw from contracts in the case of obvious typographical or arithmetical inaccuracies appearing in the GGL on-line store. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes arising will be decided only by the English courts. GGL makes no promise that materials on the GGL site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and accessing the GGL site from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do this on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
3. Pricing and Availability
The prices of goods are those specified in the GGL on-line store. The prices, as displayed, are inclusive of VAT (at the current standard UK rate). There will be an additional charge for delivery – please see separate section. Orders are subject to availability. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. GGL will always endeavour to contact the customer should any product become unavailable and agree an adjustment to the customer’s order. If this is not possible, the order and total cost will be adjusted to disallow the unavailable product and dispatched; and the contract will then be deemed to have been fulfilled. GGL is entitled to deliver in part.
*Price Promise
We will match or beat any UK Sourced product prices from any other internet or high street retailers where the product is identical in description and is in stock at the time of the enquiry. We will not entertain price match where the product is sourced outside the UK. Also we will not include auction type sites in the price promise.
The price promise only applies before purchase is made and makes any other current promotional offer void, e.g. free delivery or free accs.
4. Loss or Damage in Transit
The responsibility of GGL for loss of or damage to goods in transit will be limited to – at the customer’s choice - replacing the products so lost or damaged or providing a refund no greater than the amount paid for those goods.

6. Intellectual Property
All the information, data, text, graphics, links or computer code published on, contained or available on this website (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Material’) are the copyright of GGL. Unauthorised use of the Material including the production, storage, modification, distribution or republication without the prior written consent of GGL or where applicable, the respective copyright owner(s) is prohibited. The names and logos of GGL and all related products and service names, design marks and slogans are the trade names, service marks or trade marks of GGL and may not be used without the prior written consent of GGL.
7. Product Shots and Images
All image or product shots are a “representation only of the product”. GGL are not responsible for any changes or differences to the product shown as the images and product shots are provided by the manufacter of the unit.
8. Disclaimer
GGL makes no warranty in respect of any products or service advertised on this website which is supplied by a supplier independent of GGL. GGL hereby, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the material and any goods and services supplied in relation to this website, whether expressed or implied or statutory (including all implied warranties and conditions of the merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose). In no event that GGL be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever even if GGL has been advised of the possibility of damages including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of this website, interruptions or delays to this website, the provision of or failing to provide services, or for any information, material, goods and services obtain through this website or otherwise arising out of the use of this website, whether based on contract, tort or otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Credit Card Surcharge
Due to increased costs enforced by our secure payment processor facility, GGL have unfortunately had to apply a credit card surcharge of 1.5% to all Visa and Mastercard payments. Please be aware that all other forms of payment are still free of any charge.
10. Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is deemed unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions will not be affected.
